To open season three of Standing Tall: Voices in Leadership, producer Ben turns the microphone around and interviews Muskegon Area ISD Superintendent Randy Lindquist about the organization’s new strategic direction—and the inclusive, AI-supported process used to create it. Randy and Ben unpack how the ISD gathered feedback from educators, families, students, administrators, and community members, then invited a diverse team of 40 staff members to turn that input into five shared goals. They also explored how tools such as PLAUD and NotebookLM made it possible to analyze hundreds of pages of stakeholder conversations efficiently without losing the human voices behind the data.
